先簡單說一下MP3的ID3 標記，因為主要是操作這個玩意

MP3最開始的時候沒有我們今天看到的那樣，有歌手、年代，專集等等信息
只有一些簡單的參數(shù)如yes/no來表示是不是privated或者copyrighted等信息，這樣對MP3的相關(guān)工作帶來了很多不便，1996年的時候有個老外提出來在每個MP3后面追加一段數(shù)據(jù)，用以存放上述的那些信息，后來就發(fā)展成為id3 v1 據(jù)我所知的現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)到1.1了，具體的還是自己去查一下吧

還是老習慣，用metadata來引入DLL，我以前有文章貼過的，不知道的請自己去查
